These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Axivelo.

Axivelo is provided by Marcin Mierzwa trading as Axivelo.

By creating an account or using Axivelo, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Axivelo is

Axivelo is an Android app for UK Amazon resellers and product sourcers.

Axivelo helps users scan or enter product identifiers, view Amazon and Keepa-style product data, compare marketplace pricing signals, estimate profit, save scan history, manage watchlists and buy lists, and access Axivelo Pro features.

Axivelo may include:

barcode and manual product scanning;
Amazon and Keepa-style product analysis;
RapidAPI eBay sold/completed pricing data;
AI text deal summaries for Pro users;
scan history;
watchlist;
buy list;
calculator;
business dashboard;
referral feature;
Amazon affiliate product links;
account login;
account deletion;
Axivelo Pro subscription access.

2. Informational use only

Axivelo provides informational sourcing intelligence only.

Axivelo does not guarantee:

profit;
sales;
Amazon eligibility;
ungating;
Buy Box access;
intellectual property safety;
resale approval;
product availability;
fee accuracy;
pricing accuracy;
marketplace demand;
business results.

You are responsible for checking all information before buying, listing or reselling any product.

Axivelo is not financial, legal, tax, accounting or professional business advice.

3. Your responsibility as a reseller

You are responsible for your own buying, selling and resale decisions.

Before buying or reselling a product, you should check:

product condition;
Amazon selling restrictions;
category restrictions;
brand restrictions;
intellectual property risks;
authenticity requirements;
safety or compliance rules;
VAT, tax and accounting position;
fees, postage and storage costs;
product demand and price history;
supplier reliability;
marketplace rules.

Axivelo may help you assess a product, but it does not replace your own checks.

4. Accounts

You need an account to use Axivelo.

Axivelo supports:

email/password login;
Google sign-in.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must not:

share your account in a way that abuses scan limits or Pro access;
attempt to access another user’s account;
use false or misleading account details;
interfere with Axivelo’s security systems;
use Axivelo for unlawful activity.

5. Free tier and Axivelo Pro

Free users receive 10 scans per day.

Axivelo Pro includes unlimited scans, subject to fair use, technical availability and abuse-prevention limits.

Some cached scans may be free because cache hits do not require a new backend lookup.

Axivelo Pro is managed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.

6. AI text deal summaries

Axivelo Pro may include AI text deal summaries.

These summaries may use product data, pricing data, estimated fees, seller and offer signals, eBay pricing facts and user-entered cost price.

AI summaries are informational only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

You should not rely on AI summaries as your only basis for buying, selling or listing a product.

Axivelo v1 does not provide clothing photo AI, Gemini image analysis, Vinted pricing or clothing scanner features.

7. Third-party data and availability

Axivelo depends on third-party services and data providers, including services such as Google/Firebase, Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Keepa, RapidAPI eBay pricing data, Google Gemini API, PostHog, Talsec/freerasp and Amazon links.

Third-party data may be:

delayed;
incomplete;
unavailable;
inaccurate;
changed without notice.

We do not control Amazon, Keepa, eBay, RapidAPI, Google, RevenueCat or other third-party services.

Axivelo may be unavailable, limited or interrupted because of maintenance, technical issues, provider outages, API limits, abuse prevention, security controls or changes to third-party services.

8. Amazon Associates disclosure

Axivelo uses Amazon Associates UK affiliate links.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

When you open Amazon product links from Axivelo, the link may include the Axivelo affiliate tag:

Axivelo may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

This does not influence product data, Keepa signals, pricing facts or the app’s analysis.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use Axivelo to:

break the law;
infringe another person’s rights;
scrape, copy or mass-extract app data;
reverse engineer the app;
bypass scan limits, paywalls or subscription checks;
abuse referral, reward or account systems;
overload or disrupt Axivelo systems;
interfere with Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play, Keepa, RapidAPI or other services;
upload or submit malicious, false or harmful content;
use Axivelo in a way that damages the app, other users or third-party services.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

10. Fair use and abuse prevention

Axivelo Pro includes unlimited scans, subject to fair use, technical availability and abuse-prevention limits.

We may apply reasonable limits or restrictions to protect the app, prevent abuse, manage costs, comply with third-party API limits or protect other users.

Examples of misuse include automated scanning at excessive volume, account sharing to bypass payment, reverse engineering, API abuse or attempts to bypass subscription checks.

11. Intellectual property

Axivelo, including its app design, branding, code, text, layout, features and related materials, belongs to Axivelo or its licensors.

You may use Axivelo only for your own lawful product-sourcing and reseller activities.

You must not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or create a competing service using Axivelo’s app, code, interface or data outputs.

12. User content and saved data

You may save or enter data such as cost price, notes, watchlist entries, buy list entries, calculator inputs and feature or bug reports.

You are responsible for the information you enter.

You must not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content.

You keep ownership of your own user-entered content, but you give Axivelo permission to process it as needed to provide the app.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Axivelo collects, uses and shares data.

You should read the Privacy Policy before using the app.

14. Account deletion

You can delete your Axivelo account in the app:

Deleting your Axivelo account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, you must cancel Axivelo Pro through Google Play.

15. Changes to Axivelo

We may update, improve, remove, suspend or change parts of Axivelo from time to time.

This may include changes to:

features;
scan limits;
Pro features clearly shown in the app before purchase;
pricing;
data providers;
analytics;
security systems;
app design;
third-party integrations.

If a change materially affects your paid subscription, your rights under Google Play policies and applicable consumer law continue to apply.

16. Termination

You may stop using Axivelo at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

you breach these Terms;
you misuse the app;
you attempt to bypass payment or scan limits;
you create security, legal or technical risk;
we are required to do so by law, platform policy or a third-party provider.

Where appropriate, we may give notice, but we may act immediately where needed to protect Axivelo, users or third-party services.

17. Limitation of liability

Axivelo is provided with reasonable care, but we do not promise that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Axivelo is not responsible for:

lost profit;
lost revenue;
lost opportunity;
stock purchase losses;
Amazon account issues;
listing restrictions;
ungating failures;
intellectual property complaints;
inaccurate third-party data;
pricing errors;
API outages;
business interruption;
decisions you make based on app outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

18. UK consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded, your legal rights will apply.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
