1. Delete your account in the app
You can delete your Axivelo account inside the app:
Settings → Delete Account
The deletion flow includes confirmation and a short safety countdown before deletion is submitted.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the request.
2. If you cannot access the app
You do not need to reinstall Axivelo to request account deletion.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your Axivelo account where possible:

3. What is deleted
When your Axivelo account is deleted, Axivelo’s backend deletes your Firebase Auth account, Firestore user profile and related user data.
Deleted data includes, where applicable:
- account profile data;
- scan history;
- watchlist;
- buy list;
- referral/reward records;
- feature reports;
- bug reports;
- email subscriber documents;
- local app data on sign-out/account deletion;
- offline queue rows cleared through the local cleanup path.
4. What may be retained
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, subscription management or platform compliance reasons.
This may include:
- Google Play purchase or subscription records;
- RevenueCat subscription records;
- limited support records;
- limited security or server logs;
- records needed to show that an account deletion request was handled.
RevenueCat is logged out when your Axivelo account is deleted, but RevenueCat and Google Play may retain purchase records where required for subscription, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal obligations and platform compliance.
5. Subscription cancellation is separate
Deleting your Axivelo account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
To stop future billing, you must cancel Axivelo Pro through Google Play:
Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Axivelo Pro → Cancel subscription
If you delete your Axivelo account but do not cancel your subscription, Google Play may continue billing until you cancel through Google Play.
6. How long deletion takes
We aim to handle account deletion requests within 30 days, unless legal, security or technical reasons require longer.
In-app deletion may complete faster, but some systems may take time to fully update.
7. Local app data
When you sign out or delete your account, Axivelo clears local app data associated with your account where applicable.
Offline queue data is kept locally until synced, cleared, sign-out or account deletion.
8. After deletion
After your account is deleted:
- you may lose access to scan history, watchlists and buy lists;
- you may lose access to account-linked Pro features;
- you may need to create a new account if you want to use Axivelo again;
- deleted data may not be recoverable.
