These Subscription Terms explain how Axivelo Pro works.

They apply together with the Axivelo Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Axivelo is provided by Marcin Mierzwa trading as Axivelo.

1. Axivelo Pro

Axivelo Pro is the paid subscription version of Axivelo.

Axivelo Pro may include:

Free users receive 10 scans per day.

Some cached scans may be free because cache hits do not require a new backend lookup.


2. Subscription plans

Prices are shown in Google Play before purchase and may vary by region, tax and Google Play settings.

UK pricing is expected to be:

The price shown by Google Play at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your subscription.


3. Payment provider

Axivelo Pro is sold through Google Play Billing.

RevenueCat is used to manage subscription entitlement and access.

Axivelo does not directly collect or store your full payment card number.

Your payment, renewal and cancellation are managed by Google Play.


4. Auto-renewal

Axivelo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription.

Unless you cancel before renewal, Google Play may automatically renew your subscription and charge your selected payment method.

Your subscription continues until cancelled through Google Play.


5. How to cancel

You can cancel Axivelo Pro through Google Play:

Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Axivelo Pro → Cancel subscription

Cancellation stops future renewal.

After cancellation, you normally keep Pro access until the end of the paid billing period.

Deleting the Axivelo app does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your Axivelo account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.

To stop future billing, you must cancel through Google Play.


6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play policies unless otherwise required by law.

Axivelo cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you should first use the Google Play refund process or subscription support options.

7. No trial or introductory offer in v1

Axivelo Pro does not include a free trial or introductory offer in v1 unless one is clearly shown in Google Play before purchase.

If a trial, discount or introductory offer is added later, the terms shown by Google Play at the time of purchase will apply.


8. Pro access and entitlement

Axivelo uses the RevenueCat entitlement:

Your Pro access depends on your Google Play purchase status and RevenueCat entitlement status.

If Google Play or RevenueCat cannot confirm your subscription, Pro access may be delayed, limited or unavailable until the issue is resolved.

You may need to use “restore purchases” or sign in with the correct account.


9. Fair use

Axivelo Pro includes unlimited scans, subject to fair use, technical availability and abuse-prevention limits.

We may apply reasonable limits if we detect:

Fair use controls are intended to protect Axivelo, other users and third-party services.


10. Service availability

Axivelo Pro depends on third-party services and APIs, including Google Play, RevenueCat, Firebase, Keepa, RapidAPI, Google Gemini API and other infrastructure.

Features may be unavailable, delayed or limited because of:

11. Changes to prices or features

We may change subscription prices, free tier limits or Pro features in the future.

Any price change will be handled according to Google Play rules and applicable law.

Where Google Play requires confirmation for a price change, you may need to accept the new price to continue the subscription.


12. Informational-only disclaimer

Axivelo Pro gives sourcing intelligence and estimates only.

It does not guarantee:

You remain responsible for your own buying, listing and resale decisions.
